Light 24 | Vessel | Laura Pasquino

€2,800.00

One-of-a-kind white porcelain vessel, an art piece from Laura Pasquino made exclusively for the exhibition ‘The Weight of Light’ curated by Hum Gallery.

Handmade in Amsterdam.

_

Size: ø320 x H320 mm

Material: Porcelain

Finishing: textured, unglazed

Signature: artist stamp on the base

Laura is a ceramic artist based in Amsterdam. Before opening her studio in The Netherlands, she practiced ceramic art in Japan and Portugal.

Her style is defined by a natural aesthetic. She expresses herself through the textures and organic nuances of clay, creating minimalistic sculptures in pure and simple forms.

The aim is to give character to the piece, rather than trying to make it perfect. She leaves her fingerprints and tool marks as they happen during the creation process.

This is a hand-crafted and unique object which means that imperfections are present and celebrated.
