We deliver worldwide. If you are interested in our products, please fill the 'enquire here' form and we will get back to you with an exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Please note - any customs charges or taxes payable on the import of goods to countries outside of the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We carefully curate a collection of handmade products and vintage items. Due to their nature, the items may have small imperfections or differences between each other. At Hum, we celebrate the uniqueness of every object and we hope they will bring you joy. If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know so we can make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@humgallery.com with your reason for return and we will get back to you with exchange or refund options.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they fail to meet the following criteria:
- We must receive the item back within 14 days after the return has been confirmed.
- Original tags or packaging must be attached / included.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Please note all items are thoroughly checked and fully described prior to sale. Please note until we receive it back, the item and its safe return is the sole responsibility of you, and we are not liable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the item in its original sold condition. For these reasons we recommend returning with a secure recorded / insured service.
