LITTLE FOREST
Location: Lisbon, PT
Photography: Luís Nobre Guedes
We approached this project as a dialogue between architecture, interior and nature,
where domestic life and creative work merge in the same ecosystem.
The house stands from the forest not as an object imposed on the landscape, but as a continuation of it. A place where silence, greenery and light shape the experience.
The starting point was not full transformation, but respect to the old. Preserving the original structure while allowing new layers to emerge. Balancing memory and intervention. Bridging past and present. Where raw and refined coexist.
Rather than a finished house we understood it as a living structure. A space that changes with seasons, with light, with life. A place where design is not decorative, but narrative. Where everyday gestures become part of an ongoing story.
In the end, the project is not about building a house in the forest,
but about learning how to live with it.
“It feel like it was the house that chose us“
